Key Responsibilities

• Support the Client Servicing team in managing day‑to‑day client communication.
• Coordinate with Creative, Design, Media, Technology, and Production teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoMs), presentations, and campaign reports.
• Track project timelines and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist in campaign planning, execution, and delivery across digital platforms.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support client recommendations.
• Learn and understand digital marketing services, campaign workflows, and agency processes.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for digital campaigns.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
