Job summary

Qubitdots: Software Development & Digital Marketing is seeking a proactive Account/Client Relations specialist to manage digital projects, primarily SEO, SMO, and PPC. You will collect client feedback, coordinate with development and marketing teams, and drive revenue by expanding services with existing clients.

You will collaborate closely with the Account Manager, attend client meetings, and identify growth opportunities while ensuring successful project closures and reporting.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of search engines and Google guidelines.
• On-page and off-page SEO activities to improve rankings.
• Knowledge of HTML and CMS panels like WordPress; PHP and Dreamweaver are a plus.
• Strong Excel reporting skills (VLOOKUP, pivot, formulas).
• Familiarity with web analytics and presentation tools.
• Experience with SEO tools: Google Keyword Planner, GTmetrix, PageSpeed.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with clients on digital projects (SEO/SMO/PPC).
• Collect client feedback and share insights for development.
• Coordinate and resolve client queries; ensure timely issue fixes.

Job description

What You Do

• Building and managing strong relationships with clients with regards to online digital projects (SEO,SMO,PPC)
• Collecting regular feedback from clients and sharing the insights for development
• Handling Queries of Clients and fixing issues through proper co-ordination
• Responsible for revenue generation/ payment collection from the existing customers
• Co-ordinate with the Existing clients to cross sell new service
• Attending client meetings with the Account Manager to fix issues
• Coordinating the execution of the various elements of the project
• Identifying account growth opportunities and directing these to the Sales team
• Responsible for all aspects of project closure including producing project reports

What You Need

• Deep Understanding of Technology Behind Search Engine, Google Webmaster Guidelines, Search Friendly Websites, Google Penalties & Recovery and Photo shop
• Deep Knowledge of ON Page & OFF Page activities, SEO, search engine optimization and factors that influence high rankings in Google
• Strong awareness on Google Algorithm Updates
• Ability to specify technical changes to technical/development teams
• Strong Knowledge of HTML & CMS Panels likes Word Press; knowledge of PHP, Dream weaver, FileZilla will be added advantage.
• Expertise with Excel Reporting (Filters, Vlookup, Calculation Formulas, Pivot, Graph, Chart)
• Well Versed with web analytic s and presentation tools
• Knowledge of Tech Tools : Firebug, Webmaster, Hoot-suite, Yoono, Google Page Speed, GTMetrix, Alexa, Google Keyword Planner
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
