Job summary

IQVIA is hiring for an entry‑level client support role in Bengaluru. Under supervision, you will learn to assist clients, handle queries, and maintain logs to ensure follow‑through.

You will build client relationships and gain insight into potential business needs while communicating effectively within the support cycle. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and some related experience; proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Some related work experience is required.
• Experience in an IQVIA role is preferred and pharmaceutical experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in PC applications such as Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization (written and oral).
• Ability to carry out some analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on routine matters.
