Job summary

Corporate Connections in Gurgaon is seeking an Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting tasks, including posting entries, sales, purchases, and bank reconciliations.

You will assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, support audits, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with GST and other regulations. Immediate joiner preferred; exposure to Tally and Excel preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including posting entries, sales, purchases, and booking expenses, issuing PO, sales orders or performance invoices, general ledger, and bank entries.
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support audits by providing required documentation.
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.

Looking for Accounts Executive role for well reputed Digital Marketing firm located in Gurgaon.

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including posting entries, sales, purchases, and booking expenses, issuing PO, issuing sales Order or performance invoice, general ledger, and Bank entries.
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support audits, both internal and external, by providing required documentation
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Working experience in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally ) is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• TDS & GST knowledge required.
