Job summary

Change With Saurabh is hiring a Client Relationship Manager (Wellness & Accountability) to be the daily link between clients and their transformation journey. You will engage with clients via WhatsApp and calls, review their meals and routines, and motivate them toward goals.

Ideal candidates have backgrounds in psychology, nutrition or wellness, with strong English and Hindi communication. Gujarati is an advantage, and you will work to improve client retention through empathetic guidance.

Qualifications

• Background in psychology, counselling, nutrition, home science or wellness is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; Gujarati is a plus.
• Strong understanding of human behaviour, motivation and personality types.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients daily via WhatsApp and occasional calls.
• Review meal pictures, daily routine and diet adherence.
• Motivate clients and keep them accountable towards their goals.
• Identify when a client is struggling and help them get back on track.
• Acknowledge progress while offering an extra push when needed.
• Spot early signs of low motivation or disengagement and act.
• Coordinate with Dietitians for nutritional/clinical intervention.
• Build strong relationships to improve retention and results.

WE'RE HIRING | Client Relationship Manager (Wellness & Accountability)

Change With Saurabh is looking for an energetic and empathetic Client Relationship Manager (Wellness & Accountability) who can become the daily connection between our clients and their transformation journey.

What will you do?

• Connect with clients daily through WhatsApp and occasional calls
• Review meal pictures, daily routine and diet adherence
• Motivate clients and keep them accountable towards their goals
• Understand why a client is struggling and help them get back on track
• Appreciate progress while knowing when a client needs an extra push
• Identify low motivation, poor adherence or disengagement early
• Coordinate with our Dietitians whenever nutritional/clinical intervention is required
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to better retention & results

Who are we looking for?

• Psychology / Counselling / Nutrition / Home Science / Wellness background preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi; Gujarati is an advantage
• Strong understanding of human behaviour, motivation and different personality types
• Empathetic, positive and patient - but confident enough to hold clients accountable
• Comfortable managing multiple WhatsApp conversations and follow-ups systematically
• Comfortable speaking with clients over calls when required
