We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofClient Management Reporting and Technology Enablement

In this role, you will:

• The role encompasses MI & Reporting produced directly by the team and reports produced by offshore teams.
• Key stakeholders include Clients, Exco /Manco reports, product management, change and onboarding, client management teams and COO.
• The role answers ad-hoc queries and reporting needs and acts as link between the business, Client needs and support from IT / Technology.
• Responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement in KPI and report production.
• Undertake measures to help develop new KPI to support measurements and action in support of Securities Services strategy and performance measurement
• Collaborate with Product teams to ensure best possible outcome in terms of Client experience and effectiveness of report production
• Supports and guides on BAU production of regular reporting for senior management.
• When appropriate the role holder supports flexibility across the wider MI & Reporting and client management team
• Manages core workload and development workload efficiently.

To be successful you will:

• Advanced Excel skills, with experience in data manipulation and analysis
• Knowledge and practical understanding of Alteryx and data workflow automation
• Proven experience in data analysis, identifying trends, insights and opportunities for improvement. Experience producing dashboards and management information to support decision-making
• Ability to plan and organise workload to meet deadlines, considering relative priorities
• Strong commitment to service quality and delivering accurate, high quality outputs.
• Strong can-do attitude with a focus on developing partnerships across the organisation
• Focus on improving Client experience and team operational effectiveness
• Knowledge of Qlik sense & Power BI, with experience developing interactive dashboards
• Knowledge of Python
• Experience identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve reporting and business processes
