Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Mumbai invites applications for a Client Implementation Specialist, AVP. The role supports efficient delivery of documentation and onboarding tasks, coordinating with onshore teams and ensuring timely, high-quality document packages.

The ideal candidate speaks German and English fluently, has several years in client-facing roles, and leads teams. You will work with Cash Management products and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.

Qualifications

• German fluency in speaking and writing; able to communicate with clients.
• English fluency in speaking and writing; 5–8 years handling client-facing role.
• Led a team for 3–4 years.
• 4–5 years experience with Cash Management products preferred.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Experience with AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and work with onshore implementation and service team on all documentation that covers new/sub-account opening, signatory updates including KYC, Electronic Banking setup, account closure, account mandate updates, account amendments, as well as setup on Cash management Products.
• Manage implementation, maintenance related documentation requirements including signature verification, digitized document archival.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of required document package to onshore requestor with quality.
• Work closely with implementation and product management on procedures/workflow concerning product documentation.
• Coordinate with internal parties to ensure all related setups are in place.
• Distribute documents to other DB branches/department if needed.
• Escalate issues with respective L2 support teams.
• Be able to provide Bank letters based on template and procedure defined.
• Tasks being performed by the team to be documented and up-to-dated using Workflow.
• Manage each cases using internal case management tool.

Job Description: Job Title- Client Implementation Specialist, AVP Location- Mumbai, India

The Client Implementation Analyst (Documentation) supports the efficient delivery of implementation & documentation tasks and will act as a support resource throughout the project, working under the direct supervision of the Client Implementation Manager(s). Key tasks include (but not limited to) document generation, electronic banking system setups, performing & creating testing, supporting the resolution of client queries and issues.

Your skills and experience

• German - Proficiency in German speaking and writing; able to communicate in German with clients.
• Language skills: fluency in German (5-6 years of experience)
• English - Proficiency in English speaking and writing; able to communicate with clients 5-8 years of handling client facing role.
• Led a team for 3-4 years with Team handling skill sets.
• 4-5 year of experience in handling Cash Management products is preferred.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills in German / English.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
