Role & responsibilities

As an Associate/Specialist and member of the portfolio accounts team in Hyderabad, you will support specific account clusters through the development, management, and execution of strategic activities.

Your responsibilities will include providing optimized cluster support, increasing efficiencies in overall portfolio management, and assisting in developing strategies to help position Deloitte with key executives, with the intent of building the firms top line revenue across all services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborating with senior stakeholders and independently handling end-to-end project management of initiatives on the account which could pertain to any or all client relationship management, account operations setup execution, account planning, Pipeline management, account contracting, internal operations., etc.
• Support the development and execution of client strategies for our key target accounts
• Support the account industry lead and seniors in the account management team with opportunity management, relationship building, reporting, and client knowledge.
• Assist industry leads with industry specific reporting & communicating trends
• Support the senior members in the team with ad-hoc and recurring requests related to account governance
• Identify industry trends, client needs and link our capabilities and marketing programs and Point of views (POVs)
• Conducting thorough secondary research on different companies, sectors, and industries to create specific reports and marketing collaterals
• Coordinate targeted relationships building opportunities to support the client service team in developing relationships with key executives
• Perform client and market research to support the creation of sales specific collateral for accounts
• Support key account operations including, but not limited to, stakeholder meetings, reporting, strategy execution, team communications, opportunity management, financials, research, and Voice of Client feedback process

Keeping client experience at the center of the account teams purpose and engagement (account team meetings, communications, team site collaboration etc.) Review annual reports to provide recommendations, risks, issues, thought leadership,

Qualifications and experience

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Analytics, Maths, Commerce, or a similar area
• Extensive Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in data analysis or a related field, demonstrating a track record of creating comprehensive, insightful reports.
• Reporting Tools Proficiency: High proficiency in using reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, PPT, Power BI skills to create dynamic, interactive reports.
• Research Tools Proficiency: High proficiency in using research tools such as Factiva, Hoover, etc.
• Data Analysis Skills: Strong skills in analyzing data to identify trends, correlations, and patterns.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present reports and explain their findings to senior leadership.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex data challenges and come up with effective solutions.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reports.
