SoHo Dragon is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to manage key client relationships while actively supporting and engaging employees deployed on accounts to ensure high satisfaction and performance.

You will drive account performance, coordinate with HR delivery teams, and conduct regular connects with employees to boost engagement across shifts. This role requires strong stakeholder management and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years in Account Management with HR/employee management exposure.
• Strong stakeholder management across clients, employees, and internal teams.
• Good understanding of employee engagement, performance management, and workforce management practices.
• Ability to work UK Shift (2:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST) (Tue-Sat).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
