Job summary

Accolite is seeking a Claude Specialist to own the end-to-end enterprise implementation of Claude within our client engagement from initial account setup through to production deployment. This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role at the center of our AI squad.

You will guide architecture decisions, governance practices, and integrate Claude deeply into the client’s ecosystem including Workato and Microsoft 365, with a focus on a greenfield deployment and enterprise readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with strong enterprise AI experience.
• Hands-on experience with Claude API for prompt engineering, tools, and context management.
• Proven track record of deploying LLMs in production enterprise workflows.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI governance: data residency, PII, governance.

We are hiring a Claude Specialist to own the end-to-end enterprise implementation of Claude within our client engagement from initial account setup through to production deployment. This is a hands‑on, senior individual contributor role that sits at the center of our AI squad, guiding architecture decisions, shaping governance practices, and integrating Claude deeply into Client's existing platform ecosystem including Workato and Microsoft 365. This is a greenfield implementation. We need someone who has done this before, not someone learning on the job.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full Claude enterprise implementation lifecycle: account setup, environment configuration, integration, and production deployment.
• Design and own the Claude architecture for the client including API design, prompt engineering strategy, context window management, and tool use patterns.
• Act as the internal authority on Claude capabilities and constraints, guiding the broader squad and client stakeholders on what is and isn't possible.
• Integrate Claude with Workato, Microsoft 365, and client's internal data sources, ensuring reliable, production‑grade connectivity.
• Establish enterprise AI governance frameworks: data residency policies, PII handling protocols, model evaluation standards, and usage guardrails.
• Advise on trade‑offs across adjacent LLM platforms (GPT‑4, Gemini) to ensure the client is making informed, defensible architecture decisions.

Required

• 8+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 recent years focused on applied AI and LLM implementation.
• Proven, hands‑on experience with the Claude API across prompt engineering, tool use, and context window management not just familiarity.
• Demonstrated track record of integrating LLMs into production enterprise workflows, not just proof‑of‑concept or prototype environments.
• Deep understanding of enterprise AI governance: data residency, PII handling, model evaluation, and responsible AI deployment.
• Strong communication skills able to translate complex AI concepts for both technical teams and non‑technical business stakeholders.

Strongly Preferred

• Direct experience deploying Claude in enterprise settings via Claude Enterprise or AWS Bedrock (Claude).
• Familiarity with Workato, Microsoft 365 integrations, and enterprise data source connectivity.
• Exposure to adjacent LLM ecosystems (GPT‑4, Gemini) to inform platform‑level trade‑off conversations.

Success Metrics

• Claude is deployed in a production‑grade, enterprise‑safe environment within the agreed sprint timeline.
• The squad and stakeholders have a clear, shared understanding of Claude's capabilities, constraints, and governance boundaries.
• Integrations with Workato, M365, and internal data sources are stable, documented, and maintainable.
• A governance framework is in place that satisfies client's data residency and compliance requirements.
