Job summary

BTLITC is expanding its AI practice in India, seeking experienced AI engineers, architects and consultants to deliver Claude-based solutions and enterprise AI engagements.

You will work on Claude Claude Code implementations, agentic AI workflows, MCP integrations and RAG-enabled knowledge applications, from PoCs to production deployments, collaborating with client teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI deployments and customer delivery.
• Experience working with Claude/Claude Code and agentic AI solutions.
• Understanding of secure, reliable enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Claude-based implementations and enterprise AI solutions.
• Architect AI delivery projects and mentor teams on best practices.
• Integrate MCPs, tools and data to enable production-grade deployments.
• Lead customer PoCs through to production rollout and support.

BTLITC is a UK-headquartered technology company working across cybersecurity, AI, cloud and enterprise technology services.

We are expanding our AI practice and building dedicated delivery capability around Anthropic Claude, Claude Code, agentic AI and enterprise AI solutions.

We are looking for experienced AI engineers, architects and consultants in India to contribute to customer projects, technical delivery, PoCs, solution architecture and the development of our Claude and enterprise AI practice.

What You’ll Work On

Anthropic Claude and Claude Code implementations

Agentic AI applications and workflow development

MCP and tool integrations

RAG and enterprise knowledge solutions

Python and API integrations

AI architecture and technical consulting

Customer PoCs through to production deployment

Integration of AI solutions with existing enterprise systems and data

Internal accelerators, demos and reusable delivery assets

What We’re Looking For

We are particularly interested in candidates with hands-on experience in several of the following:

We care more about what you have actually built and delivered than the length of your CV.

You should be comfortable discussing a real solution you have worked on, the architecture behind it, the technical decisions you made and the challenges you encountered.

Production experience is particularly valuable. We are looking for people who understand how to move beyond a prototype into a secure, reliable enterprise implementation.

Engagement Model

We are open to:

The engagement will be through BTLITC Global (India) Private Limited.

This opportunity may particularly suit experienced professionals looking to contribute to additional AI projects on a flexible basis, subject to any obligations under their existing employment or consulting arrangements.
