Job summary

Unisys is seeking an AI Architect to own onboarding and integration of the Anthropic Claude platform, lead knowledge-transfer from providers into BAU operations, and serve as the primary architecture escalation point. The role combines platform integration with knowledge-transfer leadership across enterprise SaaS/AI environments.

The candidate will manage API gateway, SSO, SOC/SIEM, and observability integrations, while shaping runbooks, governance, and security alignments.

Qualifications

• Claude Certified Architect – Foundations (CCA-F) or committed to obtaining it within an agreed timeframe.
• Proven experience architecting and integrating enterprise SaaS/AI platforms, including API gateway, SSO, and SIEM/observability integrations.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM platforms (prompt engineering, agent design, integration patterns).
• Experience leading knowledge-transfer exercises and producing operational runbooks/documentation for support teams.
• Ability to operate as an escalation point for complex technical incidents (L1.5/L2).
• Strong stakeholder-facing skills to support governance forums and consulting engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and configuration of the Anthropic Claude platform tenant, API gateway, SSO, SOC/SIEM, and observability integrations across UAT, staging, and production environments.
• Lead the formal knowledge-transfer exercise with Outgoing Providers, capturing configurations, prompt/agent catalog, and integration documentation.
• Develop and validate L1.5/L2 support runbooks and technical documentation as part of Transition deliverables.
• Support estate assessment and BAU readiness report during Discovery & Readiness, closing knowledge/documentation gaps.
• Provide L1.5/L2 architecture-level support and escalation input for Incidents (P1/P2) within SL framework.
• Administer the Claude suite as part of ongoing platform administration (Claude Code/Cowork/Design/Agents).
• Support structured rollout waves and RBAC enablement per AI governance guidance.
• Track platform innovations and feed changes into FinOps and adoption reporting.
• Collaborate with Security Architect on guardrails and policy governance, including usage controls and guardrails.
• Participate in biweekly AI Review Board.
• Deliver Consulting-track engagements: prompt-library tuning, solution/agent design, integration guidance, and PoC work.

The AI Architect owns the technical onboarding and integration of the Anthropic Claude platform, and leads the knowledge-transfer effort from the Outgoing Providers into Provider's BAU operating model. This role combines the SoW's "Platform & Integration" and "Knowledge Transfer Lead" scopes into a single Associate Principal Architect position, and is also the primary architecture-level escalation point for L1.5/L2 support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and configuration of the Anthropic Claude platform tenant, API gateway, single sign-on (SSO), SOC/SIEM, and observability integrations across UAT, staging, and production environments.
• Lead the formal, time-boxed knowledge-transfer exercise with the Outgoing Providers (Accenture and Tribe AI), capturing configurations, the prompt/agent catalog, and integration documentation.
• Develop and validate L1.5/L2 support runbooks and technical documentation as part of the Transition deliverables.
• Support the estate assessment and BAU readiness report during the Discovery & Readiness phase, identifying and closing knowledge/documentation gaps.
• Provide L1.5/L2 architecture-level support and escalation input for Priority 1 and Priority 2 Incidents, contributing to Response and Restoration Service Levels (SL-1 through SL-4).
• Administer the Anthropic platform, APIs, and associated products (Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude Design, Claude Agents) as part of ongoing platform administration.
• Support structured rollout waves and enterprise role-based access control (RBAC) enablement as directed by Customer's AI governance team.
• Track continuous platform innovation — features, backlog items, and release cadence — and feed relevant changes into FinOps and adoption reporting.
• Partner with the Security Architect on guardrail and policy governance, including usage controls and financial guardrails.
• Participate in the biweekly AI Review Board.
• Deliver Consulting-track engagements (Medium and Large advisory requests): prompt-library tuning, solution/agent design, integration guidance, and scoped proof-of-concept work.

Required Qualifications

• Claude Certified Architect – Foundations (CCA-F) — Anthropic's official proctored certification for designing and shipping enterprise-grade Claude applications (or committed to obtaining it within an agreed timeframe of joining).
• Proven experience architecting and integrating enterprise SaaS/AI platforms, including API gateway, SSO, and SIEM/observability integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with GenAI/LLM platforms (prompt engineering, agent design, integration patterns).
• Experience leading knowledge-transfer exercises and producing operational runbooks/documentation for support teams.
• Ability to operate as an escalation point for complex technical incidents (L1.5/L2).
• Strong stakeholder‑facing skills to support governance forums and consulting engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands‑on production experience with Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude Design, or Claude Agents.
• Experience with ServiceNow/ITSM-based operating models.
• Familiarity with FinOps practices for AI/token-based usage reporting.
• Experience supporting proof‑of‑concept to production transitions for AI solutions.
