HTC Global Services in Chennai, India, seeks an AWS Connect + Claude AI Developer to design and integrate AI-powered contact-center solutions using Amazon Connect and Anthropic Claude.

The role involves building robust contact-center capabilities, integrating with CRMs, and delivering scalable, serverless AI solutions with AWS, including guardrails, monitoring, and production support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect in production environments.
• Experience with Amazon Bedrock and Anthropic Claude.
• Generative AI / LLM application development.
• Prompt engineering.
• RAG and vector/search concepts.
• Python or Node.js.
• REST APIs and event-driven/serverless architectures.
• Experience with contact-center or conversational AI.
• AWS certifications preferred (AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Developer, or AWS Connect Specialty).
• Experience in BFSI domain is a plus.
• Prior offshore delivery leadership and client-facing engagements preferred.

• Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM and enterprise applications.
• Develop and optimize prompts and LLM workflows for Claude.
• Implement logging, monitoring, security, and production support using AWS services.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
