Job description

Required Candidate profile Co-ordination of the work of all Civil regard to preparation of sketch, plan and new branch opening, shifting and ambiance improvement OF Branches And Offices.

1)All matters pertaining to purchase / Maintenance / payment / Vendor Management / e-Auction etc.

2) Purchase Request Management System Software implementation

3) Preparation of Branch Expansion Plan/Timelines

4) Putting up proposals for Center approval and Premises approval for new branches/shifting of branches

5) Monitoring progress of all the work related to opening/shifting of branches to adhere to the timelines

6) All matters pertaining to Registration of Lease Agreements/Renewal etc/ Interaction with Landlords for negotiation of rent.

7) All matters pertaining to purchase / maintenance / Vendor Management / payment / e-auction etc. Of Air Conditioners Qualification-Diploma, B.Tech/B.E. in Civil must have Autocad.
