Job summary

Muthoot Finance is seeking a Branch Civil Coordinator in Bengaluru to oversee civil works for sketches, plans, and branch openings or relocations. The role includes coordinating with vendors, managing purchases, and ensuring timely completion of expansion plans.

The candidate should hold a Diploma in Civil or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil and must have AutoCAD proficiency. Experience in lease negotiations and vendor management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Coordinate civil works for sketches, plans, and new branch openings, shifts, and ambiance improvements.
• All matters pertaining to purchase / maintenance / payment / vendor management / e-auction etc.
• Purchase Request Management System software implementation.
• Preparation of Branch Expansion Plan/Timelines.
• Proposals for center and premises approvals for new branches or shifting branches.
• Monitor progress of all works related to opening/shifting branches to meet timelines.
• Registration of lease agreements/renewals; interaction with landlords for rent negotiations.
• Purchase / maintenance / vendor management / payment / e-auction etc. of air conditioners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate civil work for sketches and plans for new branch openings or shifts.
• Manage purchases, maintenance, payments, and vendor relations including e-auctions.
• Prepare expansion plans and timelines for branches.
• Draft proposals for approvals and premises oversight for new locations or relocations.
• Ensure on-time progress of construction and shifting activities.
• Handle lease registrations and renewals; negotiate with landlords.
• Oversee A/C purchases and maintenance as part of branch ambiance.

• All matters pertaining to purchase / Maintenance / payment / Vendor Management / e-Auction etc.
• Purchase Request Management System Software implementation
• Preparation of Branch Expansion Plan/Timelines
• Putting up proposals for Center approval and Premises approval for new branches/shifting of branches
• Monitoring progress of all the work related to opening/shifting of branches to adhere to the timelines
• All matters pertaining to Registration of Lease Agreements/Renewal etc/ Interaction with Landlords for negotiation of rent.
• All matters pertaining to purchase / maintenance / Vendor Management / payment / e-auction etc. Of Air Conditioners Qualification-Diploma, B.Tech/B.E. in Civil must have Autocad.
