Job summary

Avineon India is seeking a Civil & Structural Senior Engineer for EDD projects in Hyderabad. The role emphasizes independent design of shelters, pipe racks, supports, and RCC structures, with strict adherence to project quality and change management processes.

Applicants should be proficient in STAAD and Mat-3D, and ideally RAM Connection. The candidate will review models in Navisworks, participate in design reviews, and guide junior engineers while ensuring deliverables meet client requirements

Qualifications

• Civil & Structural Senior Engineer for EDD projects.
• STAAD & Mat-3D mandatory, RAM Connection desirable.
• Able to design independently the following structures- Shelters, Pipe Racks, Pipe supports, RCC structures.
• Diligent in development of high-quality deliverables, effective communication skills and flexible team player.
• Review the model using Navisworks. Participating Design review meetings with other dept., Effective implementation of change management & Revision control.
• Follow Quality procedures as per project / company requirement.
• Preparing Comment Resolution Sheet (CRS) and update the deliverables as per Client requirement.
• Technical guidance to team members, reviewing design/structural drawings/documents as laid down in Quality control plan.
• Reviewing and implementing Project Document Quality Policy.

Responsibilities

• Review the model using Navisworks and participate in design review meetings with other departments.
• Deliver high-quality structural deliverables for EDD projects with adherence to procedures.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and review drawings/docs per quality plan.
• Implement change control and revision management for project documents.
