Job summary

Avineon India in Hyderabad seeks a Civil & Structural Senior Engineer for EDD and Oil & Gas projects. You will design and analyze shelters, pipe racks, pipe supports, and RCC structures using STAAD-Pro and MAT-3D, with RAM Connection knowledge preferred.

You will review 3D models in Navisworks, lead technical reviews, mentor teammates, ensure quality per procedures, and prepare CRS and design documents aligned with client requirements.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Civil & Structural Senior Engineer for EDD and Oil & Gas projects.
• Mandatory proficiency in STAAD and MAT-3D; knowledge of RAM Connection is desirable.
• Independently design and analyze structures such as:
• Shelters
• Pipe racks
• Pipe supports
• RCC structures
• Review 3D models using Navisworks and participate in multidisciplinary design review meetings.
• Ensure effective implementation of change management and revision control processes.
• Adhere to project and organizational quality procedures and standards.
• Prepare and maintain Comment Resolution Sheets (CRS), ensuring deliverables are updated as per client requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
• Review structural designs, drawings, and related documentation in line with the Quality Control Plan.
• Ensure compliance with Project Document Quality Policies and standards.

Technical Skills Required

• Proficiency in STAAD-Pro
• Working knowledge of MAT-3D
• Familiarity with RAM Connection (preferred)

Soft Skills / Tools

• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel for documentation and reporting.
• Effective communication through Outlook email.
• Experience in participating in client meetings via Microsoft Teams.
