PUVTHAM PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dynamic Civil Site Engineer with hands-on experience in execution, site supervision, and structural layout implementation for biogas, STP, ETP, and waste management projects. The role requires frequent travel across Tamil Nadu and strong AutoCAD skills.

You will oversee day-to-day civil construction activities, review drawings, coordinate with teams, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Tamil and English fluency preferred.

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 25 years of civil construction experience, preferably in water/waste management projects.
• Strong AutoCAD skills for drawing reviews.
• Fluency in Tamil and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day civil construction work for Biogas, STP, ETP, and waste management setups.
• Read, interpret, and cross-verify structural and architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Monitor daily progress, manage labor/subcontractors, and report to the project manager.
• Estimate material requirements, verify quality, and minimize wastage on site.
• Travel across Tamil Nadu to manage multiple site installations and handovers.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD for drawing reviews and must be willing to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu for project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee day-to-day civil construction work for Biogas, STP, ETP, and waste management setups, ensuring high-quality standards.
• AutoCAD & Plan Interpretation: Read, interpret, and cross-verify structural and architectural drawings using AutoCAD to ensure accurate on-site execution.
• Project Scheduling & Reporting: Monitor daily progress, manage labor/subcontractors, and provide regular updates to the project manager.
• Material & Quality Management: Estimate material requirements, verify incoming material quality, and minimize wastage on site.
• Travel & Coordination: Travel to various project locations across Tamil Nadu to manage multiple site installations and handovers.

Key Requirements

• Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 25 years in civil construction (preference given to water/waste management, STP, ETP, or environmental projects).
• Software: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Language: Fluency in Tamil and English is preferred.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and be ready to travel frequently.
