Job summary

Koshish Sustainable Solutions is seeking a Technical Assistant to support management of construction projects across PAN India. The role requires handling site visits, preparing estimates, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and tools.

You will work with vendors, mentor site staff, and provide on-site technical guidance to keep projects on track. Candidates should have a Diploma or Graduate in civil/mechanical engineering or Electrical, with 0–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/bachelors in civil/mechanical engineering as stated.
• Sound knowledge of engineering, construction, and design.
• Ability to apply logical and critical thinking to projects.
• Excellent project management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale constructions project in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
• Project site visits at site across India, as required.
• Preparing estimates and ensuring materials/tools are available at site.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors for best contracts.
• Mentor staff and oversee management of materials at sites.
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
• Preparing site reports and logging progress.
• Providing technical advice and improvement suggestions for projects.
• Create work schedules and adjust to meet deadlines.
