Job summary

DMW Infrastructures India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Project Engineer Civil to coordinate site execution on ongoing industrial and government projects in Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on planning, supervision, quality control and timely reporting to the Project Manager.

You will review drawings, manage manpower and materials, ensure HSE compliance and collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers and clients across multiple project sites in Tamil Nadu.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 5–10 years construction experience.
• Strong site-execution and project planning experience.
• Experience with billing and quantity measurement.
• Willingness to work at project sites across Tamil Nadu.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in project planning, scheduling and execution.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.
• Supervise Site Engineers and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
• Review drawings, technical specifications and construction requirements.
• Ensure availability of manpower, materials and equipment.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify execution issues.
• Prepare and maintain site records, progress reports and technical documentation.
• Prepare client bills and subcontractor bills as per contract requirements.
• Verify measurements and identify extra items wherever applicable.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and site safety requirements.
• Identify project issues and coordinate timely solutions.
• Maintain proper communication and reporting to the Project Manager.

Job Overview
