Job summary

SMV Engineers in India seeks a Civil Site Engineer to supervise day-to-day civil construction and site execution, coordinate with contractors, consultants and project teams, and ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, quality standards and schedules.

The candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, with 2–5 years of site experience, preferably in STP, wastewater treatment, or industrial projects; a team player who can coordinate with head office and plant.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution, preferably in STP, wastewater treatment, or industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction and site execution activities.
• Manage site activities and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Prepare, verify, and coordinate monthly measurement and billing processes.
• Monitor material requirements and site progress.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, HSE procedures, and statutory guidelines.
• Maintain daily site records, progress reports, measurements, and relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager/Engineering Team for resolving site-related issues.
