Job summary

AECOM in Mumbai is looking for a Civil Quantity Surveyor - Wind PMC to verify and validate quantities for turbine foundations, access roads, crane pads, and other civil BoP works, supporting billing verification and variation management.

You will coordinate with Civil Engineering and Commercial teams, maintain quantity reconciliation, review measurement sheets, and assist in payment certification and project reporting.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Structural or Geotechnical Engineering.
• RICS, NICMAR or equivalent QS certification preferred.
• 5–10 years of quantity surveying experience in wind, infrastructure or heavy civil projects.

Responsibilities

• Measure and validate quantities against approved drawings, BOQs, and site records.
• Verify quantities related to turbine foundations, internal roads, crane hardstands, and drainage works.
• Review measurement sheets and RA bill supporting documents.
• Maintain quantity reconciliation and variation records.
• Coordinate with Civil Engineering and Commercial teams on measurement-related matters.
• Support payment certification and project reporting activities.

The Civil Quantity Surveyor - Wind PMC will be responsible for verifying and validating quantities associated with turbine foundations, access roads, crane pads, drainage systems, trenches, and other civil BoP works. The role supports billing verification, quantity reconciliation, and variation management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure and validate quantities against approved drawings, BOQs, and site records.
• Verify quantities related to turbine foundations, internal roads, crane hardstands, and drainage works.
• Review measurement sheets and RA bill supporting documents.
• Maintain quantity reconciliation and variation records.
• Coordinate with Civil Engineering and Commercial teams on measurement-related matters.
