Job Description
Job Summary

The Quantity Surveyor shall be responsible for measuring and verifying executed quantities, reviewing contractor bills, and monitoring project costs in accordance with the contract provisions and approved Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The surveyor shall maintain accurate measurement records, evaluate variations, support cost control, and coordinate with the Employer, contractors, and PMC team to ensure timely certification of payments and effective financial management of the project.
