Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to be site-based in Panaura, Uttar Pradesh, India. You will measure executed quantities, verify contractor bills, and monitor project costs against the approved BoQ, ensuring timely payments and robust cost control.

You will prepare BOQ comparisons, review variations, support budgeting, and coordinate with the Employer, contractors, and PMC team to maintain accurate cost reporting and financial management throughout the project.

Job Summary: The Quantity Surveyor shall be responsible for measuring and verifying executed quantities, reviewing contractor bills, and monitoring project costs in accordance with the contract provisions and approved Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The surveyor shall maintain accurate measurement records, evaluate variations, support cost control, and coordinate with the Employer, contractors, and PMC team to ensure timely certification of payments and effective financial management of the project.
