Job summary

Beyzon BuildX Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Pune, is seeking a Project Engineer Civil to lead civil project execution and PMC activities at client sites.

You will coordinate contractors, consultants and client teams to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and quality in line with drawings and specifications.

A BE/B.Tech in Civil and 4-5 years of experience are preferred, with proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

PROJECT ENGINEER CIVIL

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Project Engineer Civil to take ownership of civil project execution and PMC activities at client project sites. The role will involve coordinating contractors, consultants and client teams to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget and in accordance with approved drawings and quality standards.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: B.E./B. Tech/ in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Approximately 4-5 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project execution/PMC
• Strong understanding of civil construction practices, drawings, BOQs, measurements, estimation and contractor management.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of project planning tools will be an advantage.
• Strong site coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple project activities and interact effectively with clients, contractors, consultants and internal engineering teams.
• Willingness to travel to client project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor civil construction and project execution from start to completion.
• Carry out PMC activities including contractor coordination, site supervision, progress monitoring and quality control.
• Review and interpret civil, architectural and structural drawings and coordinate with design teams
• Coordinate civil works including RCC, structural foundations, flooring, masonry, roofing, drainage, roads, utilities, finishing and related works.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans and daily/weekly progress reports.
• Monitor contractor performance, manpower, materials, workmanship and productivity.
• Check BOQs, measurements, contractor bills and quantity variations.
• Identify site issues, resolve execution constraints and coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants and contractors.
• Ensure execution conforms to approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements and quality standards.
• Support tendering, contractor finalisation, estimation and technical evaluation wherever required.
• Maintain proper project documentation, inspection records, measurement records and site reports.
• Ensure timely completion, snag rectification, commissioning support and project handover.
