Job summary

Bharati Vidyapeeth University in Pune seeks an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to independently lead execution of civil and structural projects. The role carries full ownership of site delivery, cost, quality and compliance.

You will manage end-to-end planning, scheduling, budgeting and coordination with consultants, while mentoring the team and ensuring safety and regulatory adherence. IS codes, AutoCAD and Primavera/MS Project expertise are essential; M.Tech preferred.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required; M.Tech preferred.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in civil construction or project management.
• Experience with institutional, educational, commercial or large-scale projects is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.

Candidate Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred)
• 1015 years of relevant experience in civil construction, infrastructure development or project management.
• AutoCAD, Primavera/MS Project, STAAD Pro; sound knowledge of IS codes
• Proven experience handling projects independently
• Experience in institutional, educational, commercial or similar large-scale projects will be an advantage.
