Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 12 years of MEP design, drafting and coordination experience.
• Knowledge of NBC, IS Codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review MEP drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
• Assist in designing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems.
• Develop 2D and 3D MEP models using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Perform basic load calculations, equipment sizing, and quantity estimation.
• Coordinate MEP designs with architectural and structural teams.
• Identify and resolve MEP clashes using BIM coordination tools.
• Prepare BOQ, material take-offs, and technical reports.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable IS Codes, NBC, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review MEP drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
• Assist in designing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems.
• Develop 2D and 3D MEP models using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Perform basic load calculations, equipment sizing, and quantity estimation.
• Coordinate MEP designs with architectural and structural teams.

Required Skills
