Formación

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant MEP project experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing.
• Hands-on site execution and coordination experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MEP software and project management tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Responsabilidades

• Create and update Revit MEP 3D models for HVAC, Plumbing, electrical.
• Prepare MEP drawings, layouts, sections and as-built documentation.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with architectural and structural teams.
• Support design teams with model-based inputs and ensure compliance with codes/standards.
• Maintain Revit families, templates and BIM standards.
• Participate in coordination meetings and incorporate design changes.
• Ensure accuracy, quality checks and timely delivery of BIM/MEP documentation.

Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedMEP Engineerto oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems . The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, hands‑on project execution experience, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Revit MEP Engineer – Mechanical And Plumbing.
