Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant MEP project experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing.
• Hands-on site execution and coordination experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MEP software and project management tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and update Revit MEP 3D models for HVAC, Plumbing, electrical.
• Prepare MEP drawings, layouts, sections and as-built documentation.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with architectural and structural teams.
• Support design teams with model-based inputs and ensure compliance with codes/standards.
• Maintain Revit families, templates and BIM standards.
• Participate in coordination meetings and incorporate design changes.
• Ensure accuracy, quality checks and timely delivery of BIM/MEP documentation.
