Groway Corporates LLP is seeking a Civil Maintenance Technician to inspect buildings, floors, drains and other assets for repair needs. You will plan routine repairs and coordinate workers, contractors and materials to keep facilities in good condition.

The role requires practical knowledge of repairs, measurements and reading basic drawings, along with the ability to monitor quality and safe working practices on site. You will maintain repair records and report safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or relevant civil maintenance experience.
• Practical knowledge of repairs and measurements.
• Ability to coordinate workers and monitor safety/quality.
