Qualifications

• Experience in monitoring and reviewing project budgets to meet gross margins.
• Monthly budget reviews using ACE or equivalent metrics.
• Track monthly cash flow and identify cost-saving opportunities in labour and materials.

Responsibilities

• Meet Functional Site Heads on regular intervals to discuss project progress and diagnose issues.
• Regularly meet with clients, third parties, engineers, architects, site surveyors to implement project deliverables and negotiate contracts for profitability.
• Maintain regular communication with client site engineers to improve customer satisfaction at the site and project.
• Implement project deliverables, review technical designs and drawings to ensure they are followed correctly.
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish within budget.
• Devising or implementing strategic initiatives for the site to reduce project cost or time, plan operations and schedule phases to meet deadlines.
• Manage risks and project delays, explore digital initiatives to increase efficiency at the site.

Job description

• Monitor the project budget plan for their package on a regular basis to meet the project gross margins planned
• Review budget on a monthly basis based on ACE to track deviations from budget cost
• Monitor and track monthly cash flow statement for own area of work, work towards reduction in labour cost and material wastage

Customer

• Meet Functional Site Heads on regular intervals to discuss about project progress and diagnoses issues
• Regularly meeting with clients, third parties, engineers, architects, site surveyors to implement project deliverables, negotiate contracts to reach profitable agreement
• Maintain regular communication with client site engineers and work toward higher customer satisfaction score for the site and project
• Implement the project deliverables as planned, check technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
• Devising or implementing strategic initiatives for the site, making/implementing cost-effective plans and methods to enable completion of the project as per set timelines. Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Manage risks and project delays, work towards increasing digital adoption for self and teams at the site, conceptualize new digital initiatives to reduce project cost or time or increase operation agility Identify areas where new digital initiatives can be conceptualized, communicate the same to PM
