Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or diploma in civil engineering with relevant experience.
• Minimum 15 years of civil construction experience.
• Strong estimation and costing knowledge and ability to read drawings.

Aufgaben

• Prepare BOQ, quantity estimation, site execution plans, technical calculation as per construction sites.
• Study architectural/structural drawings and project specifications.
• Handle tenders, RFQs and client technical queries.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, developers and clients.
• Prepare technical proposals and product presentations for NBP construction systems.
• Support the Sales Head in business development and order conversion.
• Conduct client/site visits and provide technical support when required.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch and project teams.
• Maintain enquiry, quotation and project follow-up reports.
• Identify new project opportunities and support sales targets.
