Lodha is seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to monitor progress on flats and ensure civil tickets close per specifications and procedures within time. The role requires strong communication with the site team and coordination with contractors.

Key duties include reporting daily progress, supervising on-site activities, updating documentation, tracking schedules, and planning next-day activities. Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi is essential, with a diploma/degree in Civil Engineering and 3–6

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or BE Civil.
• 3–6 years of civil engineering experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.

Position Summary:

Should visit flats to monitor progress and ensure that Civil tickets closure according to specifications & procedure within time period & good communication with site team

Check and Supervise activities on site.

Update all the documentations on site.

Track the schedule along with the contractors.

Report to manager.

Plan the next day Activity

Material distribution activity at site.

Skill Set Required:

• Good understanding of procedures and practices in Civil Activity waterproofing procedure, RCC, Finishing work in buildings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• The ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Good leadership and training abilities.
• Able to work Independently
• Should be able to converse fluently in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Should have knowledge of advanced Waterproofing in Building.
• Should able to handle city infra works.( RCC Road, Bitumious road)

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering OR BE Civil
• A minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in Civil Engineering background
