Job summary

SOBHA is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to manage site activities for residential high-rise projects in Thiruvananthapuram. You will supervise structural and finishing works, coordinate with supervisors and subcontractors, and ensure timely progress.

The role requires a BTech/BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 1–6 years of experience in high-rise or residential construction. You will prepare bills, monitor ERP entries, and contribute to drawings, schedules, and cost projections.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering education with relevant degree or diploma.
• 1–6 years of experience in high-rise or residential construction.
• Experience coordinating site teams and subcontractors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibilities of structural and finishing work in residential buildings.
• Ensure quality of work, material control and time management.
• Bill preparation of subcontract bill every fortnight and updating in ERP.
• Day-to-day site management including supervision and labour supervision of subcontractors.
• Prepare monthly and daily reports of civil work.
• Manage planning and design stages of construction projects.
• Contribute technical expertise to project drawings and designs.
• Perform cost calculations and prepare financial projections.
• Prepare work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.

• Day-To-Day Management of the site including Supervisor and Monitoring the labour force and work of any sub-contractor.


• Responsible for monthly & daily reports of Civil Work.

• Performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections.


• Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: B Tech/ BE/ Diploma- Civil Engineering


• Experience : 1-6 yrs (High-rise, residential experience preferred)
