Job summary

Immoblo Properties Pvt Ltd in Gurugram is seeking a Civil Engineer Interior Fit-Out to lead and supervise interior fit-out works, including civil, architectural finishes, flooring, ceiling, partitions, and painting. You will ensure drawings and schedules are followed and coordinate with architects, MEP teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Managed and supervised interior fit-out works including civil, architectural, flooring, ceiling, partition, painting, and finishing activities.
• Prepared and reviewed shop drawings, BOQs, material requirements, and work schedules.
• Coordinated with architects, MEP teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervised site activities and ensured work was completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Conducted quantity measurements, material inspections, and quality-control checks.
• Monitored subcontractor performance, manpower, productivity, and daily site progress.
• Identified site issues and coordinated with relevant teams to resolve technical and execution problems.
• Ensured compliance with safety procedures and maintained proper site documentation, including daily reports, inspection requests, and progress reports.
• Assisted in snagging, rectification, testing, and final handover of completed interior works.
