Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all phases of building construction projects from inception to completion.
• Plan, organize, and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely project execution.
• Mobilize skilled and unskilled labor as per project requirements and maintain optimum workforce availability.
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with labour contractors and manpower suppliers.
• Ensure execution of work in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure completion within timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review construction drawings and resolve site-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Manage material planning, procurement coordination and inventory at site.
• Verify contractor bills, labor attendance, work measurements, and project documentation.
• Prepare progress reports and lead site engineers and supervisors for efficient execution.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management. Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and other project staff to ensure efficient project execution.
