• Manage site execution, daily planning, monitoring, and coordination with contractors and vendors.
• Oversee building projects from ground up, ensuring design adherence, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, construction codes, and internal quality standards.
• Prepare and monitor detailed cost estimates and budgets for civil and structural works.
• Collaborate with procurement, planning, design, and finance to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress, identify delays or risks, and take corrective actions proactively.
