SOBHA is seeking a Civil Engineer with 1–6 years of experience to oversee structural and finishing work on residential projects. The role involves ensuring quality, material control, and strict time management on-site, with fortnightly subcontract bill preparation and ERP updates.

The candidate will handle day-to-day site management, supervise labour and subcontractors, and contribute to planning, design, and cost projections, collaborating closely with the project manager.

Competenze

• Education: BTech/BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 1-6 years of experience; high-rise/residential experience preferred.

• Ensure Quality of work, Material control and Time Management.
• Bill Preparation of subcontract bill every fortnight and updating in ERP.
