Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper execution of civil and other construction activities at site in line with GFC drawings and project specifications
• Adhere to defined quality standards on site
• Coordinate with contractor staff for manpower and resource allocation to meet daily and short-term plans
• Prepare WBS and plan, monitor daily construction schedule
• Assist in mobilising and allocating resources on site
• Conduct quality checks on drawings, dimensions, locations, steel Reinforcements, shuttering quality and supports
• Plan materials and follow up for material requirements and drawing receipt in advance
• Reconcile material consumption and minimize wastage

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Proper execution of Specific Civil and other construction activities at site in line with GFC drawings, projects specifications, etc.
• Responsible for adhering to the defined quality standards
• Responsible for doing follow up contractor's staff for allocation of manpower and other resources for completion of daily and Short-Term planned activities.
• Prepare WBS and plan, monitor daily construction schedule
• Support Contractor in mobilising and allocating of resources
• Quality checks w.r.t drawing dimensions & location s, steel reinforcements, Shuttering Quality and soundness of supports.
• Material Planning and follow up for materials and advance receipt of drawings.
• Reconciliation of material consumption and avoid wastages.

Qualifications

Graduate in Civil Engineering, ability to read and follow construction drawings

Experience

3 to 5 years of work experience of handling construction activities at residential & commercial projects.
