Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction activities for multi-dwelling residential buildings and plotted township projects. Analyze survey reports, drawings, and specifications; estimate material, labor, and equipment requirements; monitor site progress; ensure quality control; coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities; enforce safety standards; and ensure all construction work complies with approved drawings, project specifications, and statutory regulations.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites. Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, contractors, and vendors. Monitor construction progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Verify contractor bills and measurements as per executed work. Ensure quality control of concrete, steel, masonry, finishing, and infrastructure works. Plan and monitor material requirements to avoid project delays. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate with government authorities for inspections and statutory approvals. Maintain site records, measurement books, DPRs, and documentation. Monitor project timelines and support timely project completion within budget.
