Qualifications

• Understanding of project planning and MS Excel reporting.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills; safety-conscious.
• Timely completion of civil works with quality compliance (zero rework).
• Accurate measurement and billing; adherence to safety at site.

Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

• Execute and supervise civil works such as:
  • Foundations, cable trenches, buildings, and related structures
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor daily site progress and manpower deployment

2. Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with:
  • Design team
  • Contractors and subcontractors
  • Project and planning teams
• Ensure availability of materials, equipment, and resources

3. Quality Control

• Ensure all work complies with:
  • Railway standards (RDSO/Client specifications)
  • Quality Management System (QMS)
• Conduct inspections and maintain quality records

4. Measurement & Billing

• Prepare and verify:
  • Measurement sheets (MB)
  • Quantity calculations (BOQ)
• Support billing and certification processes

5. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to:
  • Safety norms (EHS guidelines)
  • Site safety practices and audits
• Report and address any safety concerns

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain:
  • Daily progress reports (DPR)
  • Site records and logs
• Submit regular updates to management

Qualifications

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 2–8 years (depending on level)
• Experience in railway / infrastructure / EPC projects preferred
• Knowledge of railway civil works
