Job summary

Rosea Landscape Private Limited is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to manage day-to-day landscape and external development works at project sites in Bengaluru. You will supervise civil, hardscape and landscape execution, read drawings, and coordinate with subcontractors and clients to ensure quality and schedule.

The role requires a Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with at least 2 years of site execution experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel is preferred.

Job Description Civil Site Engineer, Landscape Execution

Role & Responsibilities

Rosea Landscape Private Limited is looking for a Civil Site Engineer to manage the day-to-day execution of landscape and external development works at project sites.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Supervising civil, hardscape and landscape execution works at site.
• Reading and understanding architectural, civil and landscape drawings.
• Executing paving, kerbs, masonry, RCC, drainage, pathways, retaining works and other landscape-related civil works.
• Taking site measurements and calculating executed quantities.
• Preparing measurement sheets and assisting with RA bills and subcontractor bills.
• Planning labour, materials and daily site activities.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, clients, consultants and the internal project team.
• Checking line, level, dimensions, slopes, finishes and workmanship.
• Monitoring material consumption and avoiding wastage.
• Maintaining daily progress reports, site records and photographs.
• Coordinating with softscape, irrigation, lighting and other landscape teams.
• Identifying site issues and reporting them to the Project Manager.
• Ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedule.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in site execution.
• Experience in landscape, hardscape, external development, villa, apartment or commercial projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of site measurements, quantity calculation and BOQ.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Ability to independently manage labour and subcontractors.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work at project sites and travel to different project locations when required.
• Candidates with experience in landscape execution or external development works will be given preference.
