Job summary

Lohia Worldspace in Delhi, India, seeks a skilled AutoCAD drafter to produce precise 2D architectural, civil, and construction drawings. You will develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailing while updating drawings per architect and engineer instructions.

The role involves GFC and as-built drawings, drawing coordination with architectural, structural, and MEP teams, and maintaining meticulous revision histories.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting and detailing.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil construction drawings.
• Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Knowledge of floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction detailing.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, SketchUp or Revit will be an added advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D architectural, civil, and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
