Ibha is seeking a City Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations for care teams across designated cities. You will ensure care quality, handle escalations, onboard new care managers, and coordinate with the central operations team to optimize performance.

You will oversee care manager performance, conduct quarterly quality audits, and generate city-level reports. Strong leadership, clear English communication, and willingness to travel within the city region are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MSW preferred.
• 3+ years in operations, social impact, or healthcare management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English + at least one regional language.
• Data-driven mindset — comfortable with dashboards and reporting.
• Willingness to travel within assigned city region.
