Job Overview

To manage and optimize the on-ground implementation of AI interventions by aligning technical solutions with health system workflows, infrastructure, and operational realities.

Job Purpose

The Operations Specialist position provides an excellent opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and systems management by supporting the implementation and evaluation of AI driven interventions in real-world settings.

The Specialist will be responsible for

• Assessing the operational feasibility of AI solutions
• Supporting the design and rollout of evaluation protocols and field implementation plans
• Coordinating logistics and stakeholder engagement at pilot sites
• Mapping workflows and integrating AI tools within existing systems
• Developing and monitoring standard operating procedures and performance dashboards
• Facilitating training and capacity-building for site teams
• Troubleshooting deployment challenges
• Generating operational insights to improve system efficiency and scalability

Key Responsibilities

• Lead training and capacity-building sessions for the pilot sites implementing the AI solution.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communications with pilot sites.
• Collaborate closely with clinical, ML, and behavioral researchers to align operational insights with broader evaluation goals.

Qualifications

• Master s in Management / Industrial Engineering or a related field

Experience
