• Lead warehouse teams: hiring, interviews, workforce issues, HR operations support.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, oversee anti-pilferage, and ensure daily end-of-shift security checks.
• Act as primary warehouse contact for customer escalations related to damaged products, missing items, disputes, and delays.

We're now looking for a hands-on City Manager who can run warehouse operations at scale and get things done. Role Description SharePal is hiring a City Manager to lead warehouse operations, fulfilment, inventory, and warehouse teams. The role requires strong ownership of daily operations, stock management, SLA adherence, and customer escalation handling.

• Ensure all confirmed orders are dispatched and delivered within the customer's selected time slot, while documenting and resolving operational exceptions.
• Manage warehouse inventory including stock movement, inter-city transfers, asset tagging, replenishment planning, and vendor coordination for repairs.
• Lead warehouse teams by managing hiring, conducting final interviews, handling day-to-day workforce issues, and supporting first-level HR operations.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, oversee anti-pilferage processes, and ensure compliance with daily end-of-shift security checks.
• Act as the primary warehouse contact for customer escalation cases related to damaged products, missing items, disputes, and delivery delays, ensuring quick resolution.
• Share daily operational updates with leadership and track key performance metrics including fulfilment rate, return rate, and replenishment volumes. Requirements
• Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any discipline) is required.
• 4-6 years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfilment, logistics, or city operations.
• Experience managing multi-location or multi-category operational teams.
• Open to intercity travel as per business requirements.
• Comfortable handling first-level HR responsibilities for blue-collar workforce management.
• Hands-on operational approach with strong execution capability beyond reporting and dashboards.
• Ability to identify operational gaps, analyze shortfall reports, and take proactive action independently.
• Prior experience in rental, quick commerce, logistics, or supply chain companies will be an added advantage.
