SharePal is seeking a hands-on City Manager to lead warehouse operations in Bengaluru. The role focuses on fulfilment, inventory control, and building a strong warehouse team, ensuring SLA adherence and quick escalation handling.

The candidate should have 4–6 years in warehouse operations or related fields, with open intercity travel and a Bachelor’s degree. Daily operations will require close coordination with vendors and leadership for KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any discipline) is required.
• 4–6 years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfilment, logistics, or city operations.
• Experience managing multi-location teams.
• Open to intercity travel as per business requirements.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all confirmed orders are dispatched and delivered within the customer's selected time slot, while documenting and resolving operational exceptions.
• Manage warehouse inventory including stock movement, inter-city transfers, asset tagging, replenishment planning, and vendor coordination for repairs.
• Lead warehouse teams by managing hiring, conducting final interviews, handling day-to-day workforce issues, and supporting first-level HR operations.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, oversee anti-pilferage processes, and ensure compliance with daily end-of-shift security checks.
• Act as the primary warehouse contact for customer escalation cases related to damaged products, missing items, disputes, and delivery delays, ensuring quick resolution.
• Share daily operational updates with leadership and track key performance metrics including fulfilment rate, return rate, and replenishment volumes.
