Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a workshop for repairs of Appliances and Furniture. This role involves leading a team, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality, and managing resources to achieve optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

• Leading and Motivating a Team: Inspiring and guiding skilled manpower and support staff to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment.
