Job summary

Harikrushna Industries Pvt Ltd in Surat, Gujarat is seeking an experienced textile professional to lead day-to-day circular knitting plant operations and production planning. You will establish machine-wise targets, monitor efficiency, downtime and quality parameters to ensure GSM consistency and fabric construction.

The role calls for hands-on supervision of supervisors and operators, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to set up systems in a new or expanding plant while delivering daily

Qualifications

• 815 years of relevant textile manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in circular knitting fabric production.
• Experience managing a knitting department, supervisors and operators.
• Sound understanding of yarns, gauges, machine diameters, fabric structures and knitting defects.
• Good production planning, troubleshooting and team leadership skills.
• Ability to establish systems in a new or expanding plant.
• Diploma or degree in Textile Technology/Knitting Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Submit daily production, efficiency, downtime, wastage and quality reports to management.
