Job summary

Indus Towers is seeking a proactive Collections Executive based in Jaipur to manage timely collections and coordinate with customers across processes. You will record and report collection figures, implement strategies, and maintain DSO while aligning with internal teams.

The ideal candidate holds an MBA and demonstrates analytical thinking, a customer-centric approach, and patience to resolve billing queries and drive CSAT.

• Supporting proper recording and reporting of collection figures.
• Implementation of the collection strategies designed by collection head.
• Coordinating the efforts of our circle team in the same direction.
• Maintaining DSO.
• Supporting the internal team with timely information on data related to outstanding, billing logics and data base correction.
• Supporting the external customers with resolution of their queries on billing and database and coordination of issuance of credit notes if required.
