Care Plus Facility Private Limited is seeking a Chef de Partie (CDP) to lead the Chinese kitchen in a café setting, with 3–6 years of experience in Chinese cuisine or cafe/restaurant kitchen. The role requires independent management of the Chinese section during daily operations, maintaining taste, quality, and presentation.

You will handle mise en place, wok cooking, sauces, and stock control, ensure food safety, and collaborate with the Head Chef for smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Chinese dishes such as noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, stir-fry, soups, and appetizers.
• Maintain the Chinese section and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Ensure consistent taste, quality, portion size and presentation.
• Complete mise en place and ensure ingredients are ready for service.
• Follow standard recipes and maintain food quality and consistency.
• Handle wok cooking, sauces, seasoning and Chinese techniques.
• Monitor stock levels, FIFO and minimize food wastage.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety.
• Coordinate with Head Chef and other kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Guide and support Commis Chefs and junior staff.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
